By purchasing or donating to the E-Gaming SMP, you agree to the following:

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for your account. If you are banned for breaking server rules (like hacking), your purchases do not entitle you to an unban.
• Delivery: Items and ranks are usually delivered within 15 minutes of purchase. Please ensure you are online during the transaction.
• Administrative Rights: We reserve the right to change item contents, rank perks, or server features to maintain game balance or fun.
